TEAM EXPERIENCE

This project included constructing two 90,276 s.f. storage warehouses and one transfer building. Each of the three buildings are concrete tilt-up construction. They include a metal roof system that protects HVAC, electrical, alcohol and gas monitoring devices, partition walls, security features, as well as other interior finishes. The 7,920 s.f. transfer building allows for palletization of barrels for storage, then de-palletization of barrels when they are ready to be transported for bottling and distribution.
