TEAM EXPERIENCE

This project included two new 91,000 s.f. palletized whiskey aging barrel warehouses. Our scope included foundations, floor slab, steel framing, roof decking, tilt-up concrete walls, insulation, interior partitions, ceilings, man-doors and overhead doors, HVAC system, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, power distribution, fire alarm system and security system. The site work associated with this project includes extending the utilities to the buildings, backfilling around the buildings, and paving.
