This student housing project consists of two Mixed-use buildings which are 4 stories each. These buildings combined have 225 apartments, 250,000 s.f. of residential space, a rooftop pool, spa, two amenity areas complete with turf, movie screen, Cross-Fit Area, Fitness Center, Study Lounge, Game Room. The first-floor space consists of over 20,000 s.f. for restaurants and retail space. The construction is podium slab with wood framed construction is complete with high-end finishes.
