TEAM EXPERIENCE

The addition and renovation of the Downing University Center was a phased project consisting of over 250,000 sf.  All new building systems were installed including mechanical, electrical and plumbing. A new 24-hour study area, meeting rooms, offices, recreation area and an array of dining and food service areas. The project was completed in three major phases while safely moving the students in the occupied facility.
