TEAM EXPERIENCE

Whittenberg served as the Construction Manager for Cardinal Towne, a multi-use development adjacent to the University of Louisville. The project includes 40,000 s.f. of retail space, housing for over 600 students, two parking garages, fitness rooms, a swimming pool and many amenities this project was completed in 2 phases for the same developer with full completion in 2012.
