TEAM EXPERIENCE

9 on Canal is a student housing project in Indianapolis, IN serving the students attending IUPUI. The project includes a 4 story parking garage (2 stories below grade), a ten-story and 2 four-story housing towers, and a public building providing canal access. Totaling 412,000 s.f., the facility also provides commercial space at grade, an infinity edge swimming pool at the 5th level, green roofs, study rooms, dog walks and a fitness center.
