PROJECT OVERVIEW

This student housing project consisted of two Mixed-use buildings, one at 6 stories and the other 5 stories. The buildings have a combined 326 apartments, 315,000sqft of residential space including a pool, spa, three tree houses overlooking the pool area with outdoor TV’s, three amenity areas complete with turf, movie screen, Cross-Fit Area, Fitness Center, Study Lounge, and Game Room. The first floor space consists of over 75,000sqft for restaurants and retail space. The construction is podium slab with wood framed construction, complete with high end finishes.
