PROJECT OVERVIEW

Dare to Care Community Kitchen & Innovation Center

Louisville, Kentucky

This facility was a complete renovation of an existing structure in the heart of the Parkland neighborhood designed to house Dare to Care’s production and innovation kitchen, a job training kitchen in partnership with Catholic Charities Common Table program, and a demonstration kitchen and classroom space. This 24,000sqft project is the result of client-focused research and collaboration with a multitude of community voices and partners to provide new ways to nourish our community. With increased capacity, designed to nimbly adapt, Dare to Care is able to expand their existing meal delivery programs and make best use of the food resources available in the region.
