PROJECT OVERVIEW

America Place is a Class “A”  Commercial Office Building located in the River Ridge Development in Jeffersonville, IN. The project is being constructed on 28.5 acres that encompasses the following: utilities, clear & grub, cut/fill, storm drainage, finish grade work, hardscapes, landscaping, sod and asphalt. The building is a three story 81,000 square foot Shell & Core structure. The shell is a combination of composite metal panels, Nichiha Fiber Cement and aluminum storefront/glass system. The core includes two elevators, two Roof Top Units, restrooms, mechanical/electrical rooms, a monumental stair and two exit stairwells.
